Facebook apps not working

Experience Level: Intermediate
I have 3 facebook apps ( that post information to FB) on my site that have stopped working a few weeks ago. The apps no longer connect to FB.
The current developer suspects this error mentioned in the forum below although he is unable to fix it.

The website is coded in ASP.net
