Facebook Application - Competition

Facebook Application Specifications
We need a Facebook Application that allows us to customize the graphics and text for each of our destinations, as our franchisees all have different prizes for different lengths of time etc.
The application’s first page will be a landing page in which the graphics and text can be customized. A user cannot enter the competition unless they have liked the page. Once they have liked the page, it should take them through to the application. Going through to the application means they will see a page where they can choose to enter the competition.
The application will appear as a tab on each destination’s Facebook fan page and we require it to contain the following fields for data capture:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email
- Location – This does not require a field as it can be captured by making a call to the Facebook API.
- How did you hear about us? - This will be a drop down box that will contain multiple options for the user to select.
- Terms and conditions check box – This will be a checkbox for the user to confirm that they agree to the terms and conditions of the competition they are entering.
- Mailing list check box – This will be a check box that allows the user to opt out of being on the mailing list.

The captured data should be stored in a database in such a way that we can extract it in CSV or Excel format and would serve as a mailing list.
The application should also allow the user to share his/her entry on their wall and/or their friends’ walls. It should also allow them to share it on Twitter.
There should be validation for the fields entered incorrectly and fields that are left blank as follows:
- All fields are mandatory and cannot be left blank or unchecked except the Mailing list checkbox. An error message should be displayed if any mandatory fields are left blank and the form will not be submitted
- The first and last name fields can only contain letters and other special characters such as dashes etc. Numbers are not allowed. Entering numbers in these fields should result in an error message being displayed and the form will not be submitted.
- The email validation should make sure that the email address is entered in the following format: someuser@somedomain.com. If the email is not entered in this format, an error message should be displayed and the form will not be submitted.
We would retain all rights to the application including editing rights so that we can make any further changes. This means we would need access to all the code.
As stated above, we require the application to be customizable for each of our destinations. We would like for it to include a content management system that would allow someone who is not technical to change the graphics (background, prize photos etc.) and text (terms and conditions, competition details etc.).
