Facebook App Setup and Web Config

Hello,

I have been developing an application for a client and have come a little unglued so to speak with the finalising aspects. Basically the application needs configuring so it works as a facebook app - it has been submitted but needs modification so that people can share their "image" which is created from a flash file. The flash file has been updated but needs the save function and database connectivity so when people pimp their tank, it can be saved and shared via facebook etc, or so they can play direct on facebook and submit their tank for sharing with friends, where voting etc can take place too on monthly entries.

Its a little mix and match but were looking for a skilled developer preferably UK based who can take this in a low budget, but the potential for future work is a definate pending result and the outcome.
