Facebook app designer needed

Hi,

We're looking for a company or individual who is able to create us a Facebook app.

The app needs to automatically add listings to a Facebook page via an XML feed which will be provided by the client.

Initially the app will be aimed at the real estate industry but the functionality of the app needs to work for all industry sectors that provide an xml feed.

The feed will always be in the same format (we can provide examples of this format). We will set-up the app for the client and the app needs to be able to create a 3 page micro site that will work within Facebook. We will provide the hosting for the app and the admin section needs to be purely functional rather than aesthetic as the client will never have access to this section.

The app needs to have the following functionality:

- 4 colour choices; red, blue, green, black/white
- Text area for client name/ title
- Text area for brief description of client business
- Photo upload for the main home page picture
- Contact details section; address, telephone, email
- 3 site pages - 1. Home - using the title and brief client biography & uploaded photo below) 2. Listings 3. Conact - showing address (Google map if possible) Tel, Email and a contact form that sends to client address
- Listing pages to show - 1. sale type (for sale/ for rent) 2. Location & reference 3. Price 4. Photos (max 4) 5. Detail (eg beds, bath, exterior space, parking 6. Description 7. More info (email link with property reference) 8. Share on Facebook
- Ability to add Google Analytics tracking code for clients to track success

Social Stage has much of the functionality that we require but does not allow the XML import which is a vital part of our app.

Please ask as many questions as you need to fully understand the project and we are keen to move on this project as soon as possible.
