Facebook Advertisements

We are Europe's leading Hair Transplant Clinic. We would like some high quality Facebook ads creating and posting with the possibility of other campaigns to follow. The ads that I create keep failing because the pictures are the wrong size etc. etc. so only interested in bids from people with experience of advertising on facebook and who can create eyecatching, quality designs. Would also like some help with our facebook page as well if we find the right candidate
