Experienced Teleresearcher - Knowledge of the construction industry required.

We are looking to find new tele-researchers to join our already well established team. Est in 1987. We have over 24 years of experience in the construction industry specialising in the proactive marketing of a wide range of products and services for our clients.

We are looking specifically for experienced, highly skilled tele-marketeers and researchers who are comfortable with appointment making and relationship building. The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

> Desk Research Skills / Data Mining
> Assertive / Friendly Telephone Manner
> Good knowledge of the construction industry
> Knowledge of database CRM systems
> Fluency in core Microsoft Office packages
> Attention to detail / good time management
> Self-starter mentality
> Enjoys constructive criticism and continual professional development

The applicants will be working remotely from home and must have a reliable and stable broadband connection. Windows XP / 7 / Vista or 2000 or newer, a home telephone line (not VOIP) and email access.

In your application we would appreciate some explanation as to your experience. We are looking at taking on more than one applicant. Work will be on a part-time casual ad-hoc basis.

We are proud to have recently taken on a number of large scale clients and projects and so our workload is set to increase dramatically. You will be provided with database training where neccessary and remote database access via the net.
