Experienced Property Inventory Audio Typist

We are a small start up property inspection company looking to take on a further audio typist on a part time 'as and when' needed basis.

We can offer ongoing work to the right person.

Please bid per audio minute, as we are a start up company we are looking for competitive per audio minute bids.

You need:

- Experience typing property inventory reports.
- Home PC
- Broadband connection
- Trancription software and foot pedal
- Able to type over 65 wpm
- Able to turn reports around within 24 hours of receipt
- Comfortable with following different templates
- Reliable and organised
- Ability to transcribe different accents.

We will email the audio file to you along with a template and an example of how to set out the report, the dictation is the description of a rental property.

We have very busy times in the month and some quieter times.
