Experienced Programmer Needed for Dating Website Mods

Hi guys,
I have a few jobs that need doing to a dating website that I have nearly completed however I am unable to finish the rest of the jobs as my programming experience isn't advanced enough.

I am looking for someone to help me with many jobs that need doing to the website and I would preferably like to use the same person so long as they are experienced in programming and can do the jobs that are needed to be done.

However I know I might be asking for too much so for now I am just posting one job to see what feedback I get.

Okay so the job that I would like someone to start asap is a little tricky to explain. I have a dating website built using Etano (simple dating script in php) and there is a feature that kinda works but doesn't however this feature would need modding for my specific needs anyway. On the website, users can upload adult images, these images should only be viewed by members with an upgraded account. If the member is a free member or a guest, they should only see a default photo instead and when they click the photo, they should be redirected to a payment page so that they can upgrade the account so that they can view the image.

Right now there is an option to set photos as private however it appears that nobody can see the photo unless they are on that persons friend list. There was a mod to only allow paid members to view the private photo but it just doesn't seem to be working.

I look forward to the responses and really hope that only genuine programmers with some skill will bid on this project. As I said before, the right person will have immediate jobs to start when they have finished one if they are interested.
