Experienced PHP Developer - Build PHP and MySQL System - Our Ref: MDA

We are looking for a skilled PHP developer to work for our team to help with a new project we have coming up.

There is the opportunity for future larger projects if this one is completed to a high standard.

The site is a very simple system to help with a service for sending letters over the web.

You MUST have the following skills:

PHP5 (Class Based)
JavaScript (Jquery)
Bootstrap
HTML
CSS
MYSQL
Excellent written English
Excellent reading English

You will be expected to complete the following:

Build the required system from scratch from start to finish with all bug fixes and requests required by us and the client

You must be available to work within the hours of 9 GMT till 5 GMT and be available on MSN to discuss the project with our project coordinator.

I know there are quite a few but we want to get the right person as we want a long on-going relationship with you.

1. Where are you based geographically?
2. Would you be our only point of contact?
3. Would you personally be working on the system or are you part of a team?
4. Would you be able to talk on the phone (in English), between 9 and 5 GMT , to discuss the project and any problem you/we are having? (this would be with us only and not with the client, so not to worry)
5. Could you provide a couple of reference from previous projects you have worked on? So we are able to contact them by email/phone and confirm that you have the relevant experience and skills.
6. How comfortable are you with writing HTML entirely by hand?
7. What are a few of your favourite development tools and why?
8. What sized websites have you worked on in the past?
9. Could we see some examples of the code you have written?
10. I just pulled up the website you built and the browser is displaying a blank page. Walk me through the steps you'd take to troubleshoot the problem.
11. You’re receiving an error when uploading a file that the limit is set too low. Where would you change the setting to allow for larger file uploads?
12. In general terms, describe how you would extract data from a web service if it returns JSON?
13. What is a stored procedure in MySQL?
14. Could you write some code that counts from 1 to 100. For each number, if it is divisible by 3, print the word 'web'. If it is divisible by 5, print ‘solve’. If it is divisible by both 3 and 5, print ‘websolve’.
