Experienced Mobile App Developer required for Friends Hangouts App

1. The Concept:

I have an idea to start an exciting new business using mobile app as a platform. More detail will be provided to successful candidates, but main concept is a mobile app which will allow users to organise meetups with friends.


2. App’s Basic features:

- Ideally multiple devices (priority iOS)
- Login with Email and/or Facebook
- Complete User Profile through Facebook
- Send / Accept connection invites through: Facebook, Email
- Upload photo/s
- User can view calendars (theirs and others around)
- Send / Accept invite to meeting to another connection
- Send messages (chat?)
- Find people / places / events nearby through location based service

As a reference, I am looking to build something similar to Chillwith.me app (with variations of course)


3. The Developer

We are looking for a talented Mobile Application Developer who will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of our mobile apps.- Review business requirements with Employer

Developer’s responsibilities:
- Perform a technical analysis of requirements
- Produce a solid, detailed technical design
- Write clean, modular, robust code to implement the desired requirements with little or no supervision
- Contribute ideas for making the application better and easier to use

Developer’s qualifications:
- A work style that is extremely detail oriented
- Strong communication skills


4. The Proposal

Info required from Developer on Proposal:
- Skills you have which will be essential for this project
- 5 examples of top quality apps you’ve created, some of which should be Location Based.
- Timings and cost
- Shortlisted developer will be required to prepare Mock Ups/Wireframe
- Show creativity, by proposing a couple of ideas to implement (Not required but would be helpful to know developer understands the concept)

I am not sure of price (in the hundreds though) but what I can say is that I am expecting this to be only the first version (so opportunity to continue if project is completed to high standard and within agreement) which should be built in 2-3 weeks. So based on this and my requirements (above) I hope you have enough to present me with your best proposal so I can consider with all the rest.
