Experienced (HTML / PHP / MYSQL) web developer required.

We're looking for someone to build our website. Using our website users can sign up, upload data on our website (Text and rich images) and pay to retrieve our service. The website will consist of 5 main, 4 sub, 3 sign up and 4 account pages, all in all 16 pages.

Once they have signed up they can retrieve data from our website, within their account pages, this data will be manually inputted by us (text) and users can download in PDF copy.

To be considered for this project users must be proficient in HTML, PHP and MYSQL.

I'm able to provide a web spec + wire frame to the winning bidder after signing NDA.
