EXPERIENCED (!) Cake PHP + MySQL developer (front end + back end) wanted

I can not emphasize enough that we want a professional to fix the bugs left in the cake PHP programming of our site. Our site was rebuilt to cater to the security issues it had, plus we introduced a few new features on the site. Now we have issues with both the old things that were working and the additional features that were left uncompleted.

Short description of the site:
The site is in Danish and functions like a notice board where the users put up ads if they want to rent out or lease a house/room in Denmark. There are following ad categories: house exchange, property for rent, tenants, buyers and sellers. These are further broken down to 12 different areas of Denmark.
The users have to select a password when uploading an ad that is used to log in when they want to edit or delete the ad.
The users can also subscribe to an "email agent" that notifies them if a new ad was published in the requested area.
Dashboard allows users to edit/delete ads, to subscribe to the email agent and to delete their account.

The following bugs have to be fixed:
IMPORTANT - Slow uploading time for the ads even though we have moved the site to a dedicated server.
- The new features "to report an ad" and "send to a friend" do not appear correctly in IE browser when there are wrongly filled fields.
- Top 2-9 ads in different categories are old. Somehow they are displayed above the new ads even though their ID numbers are lower then the new ads.
- The page´s URL changes after the functions "report ad" and "send to a friend" are activated meaning the site displays an error if the user navigates away via breadcrumb.
- Some users are complaining they can not access their accounts.
- Others complaint they can not delete their ads.
- All ads are supposed to be deleted after 90 days. The previous programmer was supposed to set up expiry emails that warned the user about the fact that their ads are to be deleted in 7, 3 or 1 day. The ads are now not deleted from the system at all.
- The listings of ads are muddled up and start pointing to a wrong category after the first page.
- Users´ dashboards are not aligned in IE so that navigational tools overlap with Google ads.
- When ads are edited by the users the fonts are different inside the fields.
- Twitter Icon in IE is too bulky.
- An important new feature is that ads are now posted the same amount of times as the button "Post ad" is pressed. This causes the email service subscribers to receive unnecessary emails and the website is cluttered by repeated ads.

You are expected to finish the project in 7-10 days. You will be given the name of the site and access to the database. You will need to copy the files to produce a testing environment for the changes. We will work on 2-3 bugs at a time, testing them before the deployment to the live site. I understand that some bugs might take a few minutes, others - a few hours. We will need to know your hourly rate. After you have taken a look at the database we will need an estimate for the amount of time needed to fix each bug.
