Expandable flash banner that is designed but needs animation and action scripting

Description: I need a 300 x 600 expandable banner to have action script and some tweening added to make all the design elements clickable and to have a swiping video carousel and a carousel below it. The banner would expand to the right with a new 600 width. The fla files are ready to edit. I would need this as soon as possible ideally by the end of the day but first thing tomorrow morning would be fine too. The fla files are attached. I don't have the flv files for the video yet and I will supply the links that the documents in the carousel go to. I will be basing my decision on speed really. Any advice too on how to implement this within double click would also be greatly appreciated.
