Executive Architectural Design in 3D and CAD for a Concept Store + cost + time mgt

A 70m2 shop designed as a showcase of both food and handicrafts, hand draft of concept already in place, need to

1. create the shop in 3D

2. CAD drawings of interior design + exploded drawings of non standard details

3. BOM list with usage and estimated cost of all components + technical specification of building materials and furniture and address colour, material and form of the space (floor, sealing, walls) + furniture + components + lights.

4. estimate total construction cost and timeline.

Will need professional project management of time and reporting on milestones, an excel working sheet needs to be in place.

Few changes might incur during design phase.

All drawings need to be usable for the realisation of the place, so will need exploded drawings of details to execute the build.

We want the rendering to have an idea and feel of the space/environment, but most importantly we need to be able to pass the drawings and tech specs to a construction company to purchase the required material and realise the shop.

Need awesome architectures with an hands on approach to formulate wow designs BUT with cost and execution feasibility in mind
