Excell workbook for very simple expenses

Design a simple Excel Workbook that is easy to use and will allow for easy entry of monetary figures in columns.

Sorted in monthly segments with a date field, a narrative field and 15 cash columns. All fields are in £stg except for narrative and date.

Plus a running total at the end of each separate column.
Must be easy to print out on A4 pages.

I have Office 2008. Version 12.2.5
This is no more than one hours work for someone who works with Excel.
