Excel VBA - import multiple .txt files for rearrangment and import GPS coordinates from related photos

I generate multiple earthquake damage surveys from an android app. These surveys come in the form of .txt files (one survey to one .txt file) after being downloaded from the android device. For each survey the information is collected in one column with a title then the information needed below, another title below that, then more information that's needed and so on.

The android app also takes photos. These photos are given file names of which is collected within the surveys .txt file.

All .txt file and all photos will be in one folder but may not be in the same folder on each computer the programme is working on.

What I need is an excel VBA programme, which can search for the folder where all the information is collected, it will extract the information, put all the .txt files into rows where the titles for each section are shown in the first row.

The programme will add two new columns - latitude and longitude.
this information is extracted from the photos Exif gps file and is placed in the row corresponding to its data.

Example data will be supplied and examples of how the columns to rows will be supplied.

I will need this to be done by the 10th of April.
