Excel spreadsheet work required fast.

Description: I have attached an excel spreadsheet of contacts of potential client contacts, all contacts have been pulled from the same website so are in a similar format. I have copied and pasted the contacts as they appear on the site into the spreadsheet left column, I need the contacts moved from the left column into the relevant column headings email to email column address to address column, company description to notes column etc and important as this will be used for all our filtering "Services" to "Sector" column. I have done the first few to give an example please pay attention to the services info as this is what splits the contacts. The key is I need this fast ideally completed by today, this could be a manual copy and past job or it could be automated if you know a formula all well and good I will pay the same fee. There must be no mistakes, I will cross reference all rows I cannot afford a wrong email address in a wrong row. I don't particularly like the design/format of the spreadsheet so if you want to create a new standard or even more basic one feel free. If your an excel expert this could be a quick £40 need it as soon as possible. Thanks
