Excel Pivot Charts

Require following info as a minimum, suggestions welcome, we are a new call centre looking to staff the hours and shifts correctly we need from our 2 months data the following but not limited to if yoou have any wonderful suggestions please let us know: charts to show Peaks and lows by day, by week, by month, by month mon-fri and by month sat-sun, by month all. All calls, in calls only and out calls only. Calls by month to 07 numbers and duration and calls to all other numbers by month and duration. Oct and Nov data only broken down to in and out by month example of fields attached. 1st in best dressed please.
