Excel Image management

Hi,

The basics: I have scanned images of invoices which need to be matched with Excel cells.

This is for our Bookkeeping, in order to make it easier and faster for our Auditor to do their job.

I have imported from Sage to Excel a whole year of accounting and scanned all invoices into the regular Microsoft My Pictures folder. Now I am adding hyperlinks to each line in Excel, linking to the equivalent invoice, so that when the auditor wants to see the invoice for a certain transaction they can just click on it, but this will take me too long to do.

The reason I am using Excel is that it allows us to filter data from an unlimited range as for example: organize all transactions by date, name, transaction, invoice number, etc...

I am open to using other programs if you have a better idea.
