Excel data analysis

Hi,
I have a spreadsheet with 18 columns.
The first is a row of 631 numbers. I need someone to tell me how many times those numbers are also in the subsequent columns...
Basically I want to know, of the numbers in Column A, where else and how many times they appear on the spreadsheet.
To give you an overview, they are refs for services we provide and I'm trying to establish what cross over there is.

I've attached the first 10 lines to give you an example of what the job will entail.

Can you please bid with how long you think it will take, what sort of response you will give and a total invoice quote.
