Excel data admin

Immediate help needed.

We are building a website for a child model agency and need to make changes to the database. There are 167 records. Currently all the parent/guardian information has been randomly typed into a Comments field which is not ideal.

We have exported the data to Excel and as a minimum we need to copy Parent First Name, Parent Last Name and Email address from the Comments field into columns for each. If I did this myself it would take me about three hours but I am willing to pay £40 for this for a quick start/finish.

We do get this type of work sporadically and we do work with databases on a regular basis so there may be other work I can offer later.

You must agree by email to keep the data secure during the work and delete the file once the work is complete.

Below is a typical format of the details in the Comments field - I must stress all we need is First Name, Last Name and Email address copying into separate columns in the same row - nothing complicated.
