Excel 2007 Spreadsheet

We have an Excel 2007 Spreadsheet which was originally created using Excel 2003. On the sheet there is a graph which is correct how it should be however below there is a box which displays the data used. This is not showing the correct information to correspond with the graph above. I have attached 2 screenshots one showing how it should look and another how it is at present (this had red marker on).

I am looking for somebody who can change the sheet to display the correct information and let me know how to do this for any future sheets.

I need this to be carried out using Excel 2007.
