I highly suggest doing a full update of your CMS if you're not already at the latest version. It's quite important that all the files are flushed out as it seems to not be an SQL injection.
I need someone to flush the files out and apply all updates and patches to ensure that all signs of previous hacking have gone and secure to prevent further hacking.
Running on magento version 1.7
Very small website so looking to do this on a small budget.
