Enhance / Simplify /consolidate some flow chart graphics

We have 3 flow charts (attached) that outline different required process flows at Gatwick Airport. We would like to consolidate the charts hopefully on to one A4 size page, improve on the design and simplify the process, as a clear 1, 2, 3 based on 'Getting Staff Authorised', 'Working on site' and 'Operating Vehicles Airside'

We are planning on using the graphics again in some video and web areas, so would require the original InDesign or PSD files (inc link files and layers)

It would be good to talk over each process before the start, as there may be areas the flow can be simplified, and some higher and lower level information is to be included too.
