English into German Translation and Virtual Assistance

I am looking for a professional and proactive VA someone who is fluent in both English and German and can communicate in both languages verbally and written at professional business level.

I am also looking for someone who is efficient and a fast worker someone who is strong in communication, professional business level writing to start immediately including proofreading and editing both English and German (when necessary).

My goal is to have two professionally business written documents in English and German, giving exactly the same message in both languages. The English version is always provided when it comes to translation.
