Engineering Recruitment Website Redesign

I have a recruitment website in HTML hosted by 1and1 and have no plans to change that so you must be able to work on the 1AND1 platform. I want to be able to add content when I need to on all the pages (jobs, web content, etc.). The current jobs page is useful but doesn't really look professional enough (too big and not as interactive/functional as it should be). Perhaps a easy to CMS? I don't know so please contact me for clarification.
