ENGINEERING RECRUITER / RESOURCER

I am currently looking for a long term partner with excellent communication and people skills to help in sourcing and pre-screening candidates for engineering work within the UK for my recruitment company .

The role will entail utilising social media, ie Linkedin and job boards, jobsite etc to source suitable, available and interested candidates for technical engineering work within the UK.

Candidates would have to possess an excellent command of English, both orally and written, to communicate via email and the telephone.

I would be keen to talk with potential workers with specific experience in this area and ideally access to their own job boards . However, these may be provided for somebody with specific engineering recruitment experience.
