End of year accounts - Property

I run a self-employed property management business and I am looking for my self-assessment end-of year accounts to be completed as soon as possible, so that I can budget for the year. I trade in my own name.

I already have full year records/ledger completed in excel. It includes under 500 transactions across 2 bank accounts, including a number of property sales. I also have last years tax return and all income necessary income statements.

Ideally you would have good experience in accounts for property and would understand the reliefs available within the industry. Having completed the accounts, you would be able advise on methods of saving tax (if necessary).

I am looking for someone to take on the work immediately and be able to complete it as soon as possible.
