Employment Tribunal Representative

I am looking for newly qualified or retired barrister,(in employment law) who has experience in employment tribunal's to represent me. My ex employer made me redundant, Dyson Ltd, (that's the bag less vacuum company Sir James Dyson inventor) however, I feel that I should not have been selected for redundancy, and there motives for making me redundant were not fair- The fee of £300, is for one day hearing at the Tribunal (which is in London) to read the paper work (legal bungle which I have prepared) understand my case, and present my case at the tribunal, the person who represent me should prepare a legal structure argument to represent me, yes its a lot of work, for the fee I am offering but I am have limited funds.
