Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I need an employment contract for an employee in my small business - along with an associated policy document covering discipline and grievance policies.
All the usual information needed including: General terms, Pay, Place of work, Duties and responsibilities, Probationary period, Hours (breaks), Holidays, Maternity/Paternity leave, Sick Pay/Statutory rights, Pension (we don't currenty offer one), Health and Safety, Use of Mobile Phones and Social Media during work time, Confidentiality of company information and customer data. Disciplinary/grievance issues detailed in a separate document.
I have been advised to have a separate policy document covering discipline and grievance policies outside the contract so whenever there is a legal update the policy can be updated without any fuss.
Aiming to spend around £50 and happy to adapt an existing contract/template, and need a UK-based freelancer.
