Employed & Self Employed Salon Contracts Produced

I require someone with legal/employment skills to draw up two types of employment contracts for a salon/spa business.

One contract is pretty straightforward and forms a contract of employment, whereas the other contract is for self employed personell renting a chair/room in a hair/beauty salon business.

I have some basic bullet points of aspects i need including in the contracts but will require your help and advice on some other aspects i need to include.

I've also got an old contract i found off the web which can also be used as a reference.
