Email System, Calendar & To Do List

Job is for a mailing system based off PHP, HTML using MySQL databases. System is to be implemented into existing site to replace an obsolete system. Mailing system is for both internal mail and external email. Attached to mailing system will be a calendar based organiser.

Features Required:
Send and receive internal messages
Messages to be concatenated in their display (i.e. Facebook)

Send external email
Return email to be directed to user’s personal email
Pull data from internal databases (MySQL)
Based on ‘Inbox’ folder structure
Ability to create and name ‘sub folders’ and generally organise mail
Calendar to display important dates, user to be able to add/remove events
Back end in admin section to add/remove important dates
Automatically generated email alerts for upcoming events

Current site is based on PHP/HTML.

Non – disclosure agreement(s) are required to be signed by all parties involved in work or by company agent.
