Email Notifications System

Experience With Yii Framework?

We have a job that someone has started and gotten about 40% of the way through. Here is what needs to happen. We are developing a website, and need the notification system set up. So we want a central place where we create new templates for the various emails that will need to be sent out. Examples are, forgot pass, welcome emails, new orders, feedback left, refunds, etc, etc.

We dont expect a fully automatic system, since the "hooking up" of the email might need to be manually added. But its mainly a place to house all templates, and see when they are all set to go out, and what triggers them.

We will also need bounce management and handling, and finally this is all going through Amazon SES.

Remember that about 40% of this has been set up, currently you can create a new template, edit it, save it etc.

I need someone ready to begin today, or ASAP.
