Email Marketing Expert needed

I am looking for an email template to be created which I can use to email firms within our database!
The email template must be according to our existing firm branding. All images will be provided.
This is a project with a very tight deadline and I would expect a 2-day turnaround.

We are also looking for a spreadsheet to be created outlining who has opened the email and who has accessed the link on the email.
