Email Coordinates selected from a Users selection via a web page

From a web page hosted on a Windows server PHP.

A user can log in. Users can register Email and Fullname.

Please quote part 1 and 2

Part 1
From a webform the user keys in postcode and then Radius

eg SW19 3MP 20 Miles

Press Enter and map appears with a radius circle showing that information selected.

Part 2
Now the tricking part – The ability to draw an area on the map displayed with rectangles, group rectangles, free hand selections and then that becomes the chosen selection area

The user selects the information and it will email the coordinates selected with the users email address.
