Email Campaign specialist required.

I am looking for Email campaign specialist to be help create an HTML email template and also help send email campaign over a period of time for the marketing of my new dating site .

I am looking to sending 1 million plus emails periodically using the email blast process to quality and genuine up to date email addresses world wide. Please note that i don't want this to be SPAM.

This project is to be an on going process, so i am looking for companies with a big database of quality and genuine email addresses .

I am looking for people or organisations with vast experience in email campaigns with proven portfolio. Please do not bid if you don't have any experience in email campaign or without a vast database of quality and genuine email addresses.
