I'm looking for a great looking and functionally rich concrete cms theme.
Basically if you have something similar to concrete's own - which is lovely, then perfect.
Elegant VERY professional -looking, several blocks on front page, blog, e-commerce.
There may be further opportunity for tweaking, graphics etc but this job is purely for the theme (obviously theme provider gets precedence).
