Electronics design and build

hello sir/madam

my name is jacob i am a 23 year old student (and an amature entrepenure). i am looking for someone who can build me a system of electronics. i have 2 ideas for my project. the first idea is quite simple, to have very thin speakers connected to an external cd drive (like one found in a laptop) and then connected to a display control panel to play forward rewind etc.

the second idea is to connect speakers to a wireless device which can play music from smartphones, laptops and maybe smart tv's etc.

hopefully this can be done with batteries rather than plug in chargers

ps the price is just a rough price we can discuss price in details
