Electrical design and build

hello sir/madam

my name is jacob i am a 23 year old student (and an amature entrepenure. i am looking for someone who can build me a system of electronics. i have 2 ideas for my project. the first idea is quite simple, to have very thin speakers connected to an external cd drive (like one found in a laptop) and then connected to a display control panel to play forward rewind etc.

the second idea is to connect speakers to a wireless device which can play music from smartphones, laptops and maybe smart tv's etc.
