Educational Travel Experience project

Hi,
Am looking for someone to work immediately on an educational travel project. The scope of the project is for 15 to 20 people visiting South Africa for 2 weeks and Dubai for 2 weeks. The write-up will cover main tourist attraction in both locations, art and culture, hotels, restaurants to visit, places to shop,

This will be in form of a proposal. I want 20-30 pages per country with attractive pictures and cost.

Please give me a fix cost for this job.
Please note that I have limited time for this job so please I need someone available to start work immidiately
