Edits To a Website

but i need to do some editing to my current site. Below are my edits:
1. On the front page i want to remove the Jobs by functions, Jobs by Companies and Jobs by Industry. Move featured jobs and featured employer. Under this now create another tab titled "Our Partners" for this tab i want to be able to add company logos.
2. On the back end i want to delete all the current employers and candidates listed on the site. For the candidates part, i want an option were candidates can upload a 30seconds video when filling out the form on the front. Candidates should be able to tweet and post their videos on facebook
For Employers: Once a company creates a profile they should be able to post jobs under that profile. Also, once they post there jobs i want it to come out like the link below.

The option for people to email the job, tweet or post on facebook should also be added.
Under manage employer list, i want a check box i can click so i can delete multiple employers when their contracts expires.
Under manage candidates, i want a check box i can click to delete multiple candidates. I also want an additional column were i can see candidates resume (Like click on it to pop up) and another tab to view their video resume.
This is the first step i am taking to clean up my site to make it more efficient. My budget is a $120. The last programmer used Joomal.
