Editing work on 2 images. Need 2 faces changing. High standard only!

I have 2 photos which are good but both have bad facial expressions.
I need a professional to replace the faces on both images with different facial shots. I do not have the replacement shots so it will be up to the editor to source.
These are very important images and are the front page of a website and I have had someone else look at them and they could not do it without the photos looking "wrong"

The images need to look spot on and not at all faked or edited.

Only pro's with a proven portfolio need really contact me. Cant afford to accept anything second rate and don't want to waste anyone's time.
