Editing wordpress

I need 4 very simple things:

1) I need you to explain to me how to reposition 3 circles on my home page

2) I need you to make the logo on my header bigger (I will provide vector file of logo) and make one of the buttons on my header bigger

3) I need you to show me how to make the text on one of my pages 2 columns not 1.

4) And finally, there are 8 buttons on the side of my page which take the user to new pages when they are pressed. I would like you to label them so that when user hovers their mouse over the buttons they know what page it will take them to if clicked
