Editing of interview footage

I have approximately one and half hours of raw interview footage (shot with one camera - 5d mkii) that needs to be edited down to approx 30-60 mins. It will also need to be cut with a few stills (also provided).

The primary destination of the final film will be to CD, but I will also need a 3-5 minute version (condensed from the 30-60 mins version), suitable to be posted to Vimeo, YouTube and embedded in a website.
