Edit Website Design for professionalism and attraction

I have a WordPress website newly programmed with great functionality (www.allmakesolutions.com/new_wp). It has multiple pages (100+) that will list construction equipment parts as I add them. However, I feel the design is a bit lacking. I need someone to edit the design while keeping all functionality in tact. Suggestions for improvements, new slides designed for attraction, custom graphics created, possible new layout, background, etc. I need a real designer/developer to take ownership of this and make it look absolutely stunning while designed and implemented fast! Would love for someone to send me a screenshot design before I accept proposal. Thanks PPH'ers!
