Edit existing website and create a CMS

We have an existing dating website that is stored at a temp. location online. The website has not been launched yet and has been developed in .php and java script language.

We have 40 pages of minor edits to do. We have illustrated the edits already and just need a programmer to complete them and also add spaces for Google ads throughout the website.

The programmer is also required to create a detailed and secure CMS in accordance with the website and our specification. We will provide an example CMS to work from from an existing website of ours.

The developer must be able to:-

1. Communicate perfectly and regularly
2. Use his/her(s) skills and initiative
3. Make suggestions and recommendations
4. Be perfect on time deadlines
5. Have a creative mind and an eye for detail

We will pay a flat fee of £400 for this job and also award up to a further 3 jobs on the successful completion of this one.

We need someone to start immediately and the deadline for completion is 19.08.2012.
