Edit existing psd banners, ebook covers and graphics

I have a number of plr products that require re-branding for my sites. This will involve taking the existing sets of banners, adverts, ebook covers, and web templates and designing/inserting a new graphic and text on the set so they all match.

The new design might require some graphical work, but I don't want to spend a fortune on this. I would anticipate each set of customisations to take no more than an hour for an experienced designer. I could probably do it in about that time, if I had the time to do it in the first place!

So, I am really looking for a regular, reliable designer to work with over the long-term. I want to find a reliable designer / editor who can move through multiple projects quickly and efficiently - and intelligently come up with good creative ideas.

I basically want a set of images for each project. I have around 30 projects to work through, with many more to come over the coming months.

Please either quote an hourly rate, or a per-project rate so I can budget accordingly.
