Edit Content in a PHP website

We are looking for someone who can help us quickly edit content in a PHP website we have. It will require going through a list of text changes and then going into existing PHP code and making all of the appropriate text changes accordingly. It will also require looking up locations via Google Maps and then copy/pasting lat/long numbers.

Some PHP experience would be helpful as well.
