Edit a custom coded programme

My site has a customised app that records statistics and builds profiles on football players through data entered by registered users, I require te following changes and improvements to be made to this application -

My team app updates -
 
1) When users first register their teams they are required to put in a season start date and finish date, here they need to add the years as well of the season plus once the season is finished they need to be prompted to add new dates for next season. At present the dates set at the start are set as the dates for every season start and finish date.
2) a drop down menu needs to be added to the stats page so the user can view the stats on each season. Also the Pie charts are missing the titles of "futsal" and "football" - http://www.player-factory.com/MyTeam/statistics/
3) When a user submits a match report and a training session report the user needs to have the ability to revisit this report and edit the information as often mistakes are made as you can imagine, at present if mistakes are made users need to delete the session and re-do it all over. if we can add a edit button this would make life easier.....this is partly complete some small changes to be done here.
4)On Statistics somewhere needs to show how many clean sheets a goalkeeper has kept over the season
5) Possibly add some where on this page  http://www.player-factory.com/MyTeam/team/ where users can upload their clubs badge/crest so when exporting PDF files and player reports their logo appears on them to make it more personal/branded to their club.

6) Videos page - need to add navigation to this page same as other pages in site.

There will be no milestones excepted on this project, the wining bidder will be paid in full once the project is complete. The quicker you complete the project the quicker you get paid, I have 100 er cent feedback so you don't have anything to worry about.
