Edit a book for publication

I have a new work of fiction., written in English, running to approximate 190,000 words which needs to be edited to prepare it for publication. I'd like estimates for the complete task including a summary of what the editing process will cover. I will ask the winning bidder to do a portion of the work first (on a pro rata basis) to establish that the results are satisfactory before committing to the complete job.
